1. Introduction and Agreement

By accessing the 69arena website (https://69arena.im) or using its services, you are officially confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using these services.

69arena is an Online Casino and football betting platform designed for Myanmar players. Services include playing games, depositing and withdrawing funds, receiving bonuses, and customer support. These Terms apply to all of the services listed.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

This service is available to users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account. 69arena reserves the right to verify an account holder's age at any time by any means.

2.2 Personal Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts opened with false information may be closed by 69arena at any time. Each individual user is permitted to hold one account only.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. Do not give anyone else access to your account. All activity carried out on your account is your sole responsibility. If unauthorised access occurs, notify [email protected] immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

69arena supports deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. To qualify for a bonus, the full required amount must be deposited, and the bonus will be credited once the deposit is complete.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted. Withdrawals cannot be made until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met.

3.3 Money Laundering

69arena strictly prohibits any form of money laundering. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. If that method is not available, 69arena may process the withdrawal through an alternative method.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

When you make your first deposit at 69arena, you can receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a bonus of 24,000 Ks, making your total balance 44,000 Ks, with a Wagering Requirement of 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks. Deposit 180,000 Ks and you get a bonus of 100,000 Ks, making your total 280,000 Ks, with a Wagering Requirement of 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned with bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. You can check whether the Wagering Requirement has been met in your account details.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation

69arena reserves the right to decline or cancel a bonus if a player does not meet the required conditions, intentionally exploits game mechanics, or is found to be abusing the bonus.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using this service —

• Playing with the intent to exploit bonuses for profit (Bonus Abuse)
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated playing technology
• Using collusion or team play that violates the fair nature of the games
• Using an account for money laundering purposes
• Any dishonest method that damages your own reputation or that of other players
• Opening multiple accounts with false personal information

If any of the above violations are found, the account may be immediately closed and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

6. VIP Service and Cashback

69arena's VIP levels consist of 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move up each tier, your weekly cashback rate increases —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback bonuses are awarded based on your VIP tier and play history. The Wagering Requirement terms for cashback can be found in a separate announcement.

7. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Service

69arena provides 24/7 Live Chat support and Email support ([email protected]) in Myanmar language. Any issues can only be resolved by contacting us through these two channels.

7.2 Disputes

For any dispute relating to deposits/withdrawals, bonuses, or games, please contact us first via Live Chat or Email. 69arena's decision is final. That decision will only be revised if clear evidence is provided to 69arena.

8. Responsible Gaming Commitment

In the event of service interruptions (server issues, internet connectivity problems), 69arena limits its liability to the extent possible. The results of games already played cannot be changed in such cases.

12. Account Closure

69arena may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances —

• If a breach of these terms and conditions can be demonstrated
• If bonus abuse is detected
• If the account is found to have been opened with false personal information
• If suspicious activity related to Money Laundering is detected
• If the player personally requests Self-Exclusion

Any funds linked to a breach in a closed account will be forfeited, while any remaining balance unrelated to the breach must be returned to the player and will be processed immediately after the investigation is complete.
