❓ Questions & Answers
69arena Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about casino, bonuses, withdrawals, account verification, and mobile usage are all answered in full here.
Questions that 69arena players ask most often are organized into five sections and answered in detail on this FAQ page. From how online casino games work to how to safely withdraw your money, bonus terms, and the KYC process — each question is explained in a way that's easy for Myanmar players to understand. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, click the contact link at the bottom of the page and ask directly through 24/7 Live Chat.
Online Casino Games
Live Dealer games are played through a real-time video stream where real human dealers run the tables. Instead of playing against a computer, you interact directly with a live dealer. Games like Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Blackjack are available in this format, and you can ask the dealer questions through the chat. 69arena's live casino section includes support for Myanmar-language communication.
Baccarat is one of the easiest card games to pick up. You simply bet on the Player side, the Banker side, or a Tie — and whichever side gets closest to 9 wins. Each round takes about 3 minutes, so you can fit in many games in a short time. In 69arena's live casino, the Baccarat board and betting layout are displayed clearly for players.
Table limits vary depending on the type of live casino game. The minimum and maximum bet amounts are shown clearly on each table when you enter, so you can check before joining and pick a table that fits your budget. Always choose a table that matches your own budget.
Dragon Tiger is a card game similar to Baccarat but simpler. One card is dealt to the Dragon side and one to the Tiger side — whichever card is higher wins. Each round is very short, so it appeals to players who prefer a fast-paced style. You can also choose additional bet types such as Tie payouts and Suit bets.
Yes, you can play without any issues. 69arena's live casino section is built with a responsive design to work on mobile phones. You can access it through your browser with no app required. With a good 4G or WiFi connection, the video stream runs smoothly. The chips and betting panels on the table are designed to be easy to tap on a phone screen.
Bonuses & Promotions
69arena's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 24,000 Ks bonus, making your total balance 44,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 20, meaning you need to wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Not all game types contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Generally, slots count 100% toward wagering, while live casino games and football betting may be restricted in some form. For more details, log in to 69arena, check the Terms in the Promotions section, or ask directly via live chat.
Bonus funds can expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the set timeframe. That period is stated in 69arena's Promotion Terms, so check it after receiving a bonus so you don't miss it. To avoid expiry, wager enough to meet the requirement on time, or contact live chat for clarification.
With the Referral Program, you receive 8% of the first deposit made by each friend you refer as bonus money, up to 20,000 Ks per person. On top of that, you also earn a weekly commission of 0.2% from the valid bets placed by your referred friends. This works like passive income throughout the time they keep playing, which is why it's one of the most popular promotions among players.
No. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player only. Since each player is verified by KYC details, any attempt to open multiple accounts to claim the bonus again may result in account closure. 69arena always prioritizes fair play, so please respect the rules.
Withdrawal Questions
Once the wagering requirement is met, your bonus winnings will convert to withdrawable balance. Then go to Account > Withdraw, choose your preferred payment method — KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay — enter the amount, and submit your request. The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks and it will arrive within 1 hour.
Yes, 69arena's withdrawal service runs 24/7, so you can withdraw at night or on holidays. After the payment is processed, it will normally reach your wallet within 1 hour. If anything goes wrong, contact 24/7 Live Chat right away — the night team is always online.
Yes, the wallet used for withdrawal must be registered under the same name as the player who opened the 69arena account. If you attempt to withdraw to someone else's wallet, it will be declined on security grounds and full KYC verification will be required. This rule is in place to protect players' funds.
If a withdrawal has not arrived after the normal processing time of 1 hour, first check your Wallet. If you are sure your Wallet details are correct and your KYC verification is complete, contact 69arena Live Chat with your Transaction ID and we will look into it. Our Support team is available 24/7 and will treat this as a priority.
Personal Identity Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested when a player makes their first withdrawal or when deposits exceed a set threshold. It is carried out to protect the player's account and prevent unauthorized financial activity. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals will process more smoothly.
Yes. 69arena's KYC verification accepts both NRC and Passport. When submitting your document, your name, date of birth and photo must be clearly visible. Small or cropped images may slow down the verification process. Sending a clear photo taken with a camera will speed things up.
If the registered name on the withdrawal wallet does not match the KYC name on the 69arena account, the transfer may be put on hold. This is a mandatory check for player protection and financial security. If you have a name mismatch issue, contact Live Chat in advance to resolve it — the team will assist based on your specific situation.
At 69arena, players' personal information is stored with SSL encryption and no third parties are allowed access from the time of submission through to verification. After your document has been verified, your personal information is protected in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with anyone for promotional purposes. You can read the full details in the Privacy Policy.
Devices & How to Use
Yes, you can add 69arena to your phone's Home Screen as a shortcut without installing anything from an app store. On Android, open Chrome, then tap Settings > "Add to Home Screen". On iPhone, open Safari, tap the Share icon, then tap "Add to Home Screen". This places an icon on your phone just like an app, so you can access it in one tap without typing the URL every time.
It depends on the game type. For slots and other games that save results after each round, you don't need to worry about losing money if you get disconnected mid-game — when you return, the result will be right where you left it. For live casino games, if you get disconnected before a round finishes, the server will continue processing the round's outcome. This won't be an issue if your connection stays stable.
69arena works on both Android and iOS phones. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all run smoothly. You can also play on PC desktop using those same browsers. For the best experience, keep your browser updated to the latest version and use a phone with at least 2GB RAM for smooth gameplay.
First, clear your browser cache. In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data and delete Cached Images and Cookies. Then restart your phone and open 69arena again. If your network connection is fine but the website is still slow, report it via Live Chat — the team will check from the server side. Many players also suggest trying Private/Incognito mode as it often helps.
Playing on a phone browser is no different from playing on PC — the game data is the same, the RNG (Random Number Generator) is the same, and deposits and withdrawals work the same way. The screen is smaller, but 69arena's responsive design arranges buttons, menus, and games to be finger-friendly on mobile, so you can play fully on just your phone.
